"Nursing" is a professional magazine for nurses. The editors produce a journal for nurses, with nurses and partly by nurses. There is close collaboration with the world's biggest professional journal in this field: "Nursing" in the United States. The topics are checked out with nurses beforehand. In addition, the articles are supervised by nurses and, where necessary, by other experts.
Every month "Nursing" aims to pass on to its readers information which enables skills and knowledge to be continually optimized. The topics are geared to the level of interest, are spread over all areas of work and are up-to-date.

Position in the market: Following the launch of "Nursing" in 1994, by October 1995 over 34,000 nurses and care assistants had already subscribed to it. Our own research (January 1995, "Magis" market research agency) shows among other things that the articles have a high "utility" value, that training institutions use articles from "Nursing" as teaching aids in class and that 70% of subscribers spend one to three hours reading and studying the magazine.

Target group: "Nursing" is directed at nurses in The Netherlands and Flanders, both those in training and those working in general and psychiatric nursing, in home care and in care of the mentally handicapped.
